The practice of KM is extremely easy and effortless. It can be used even by people who find other relaxation techniques difficult, easily and effortlessly. KM has to be practiced twice a day for approx. 20 minutes with closed eyes, in a comfortable sitting position. KM is suitable for people of any age. KM is not bound to any specific time, place, nationality, culture, denomination, tradition, ideology or political ideas. KM is for everyone, anywhere and at any time.
